After the devastating earthquake, the body of the 2018 Miss Tourism Myanmar was discovered

The body of Sili Mee was discovered during the search and rescue operation. The rescue team found the body of a woman wearing a white shirt and long pants, holding a purse near the Sky Villa apartment complex – the building that collapsed due to the earthquake, on April 2nd.

Her body is currently being brought back to Yangon for the funeral, Sili Mee, 28 years old, graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Meiktila University of Economics. In 2018, she was crowned Miss Tourism Myanmar.

A strong earthquake measuring 7.7 on the Richter scale occurred on March 28, one of the strongest earthquakes in a century in Myanmar.
